 Features :-

  • PL control with stable reliable biaxial high accuracy output and color touch screen, bag-making, measuring, filling, printing, cutting, finished in one operation.
  • Separate circuit boxes for pneumatic control and power control. Noise is low, and the circuit is more stable.
  • Film-pulling with vacuum double belt: less pulling resistance, bag is formed in good shape with better appearance, belt is resistant to be worn-out.
  • Double servo control, high precision orientation, size more nicety.
  • External film releasing mechanism: simpler and easier installation of packing film.
  • Adjustment of bag deviation just needed to be control the touch screen. Operation is very simple.
  • Close down type mechanism, defending power into inside machine.

Specifications :-

AP-400P Multihead weigher. This machine automatically forms a pouch, fills it with a product, seals and then separates the "filled and sealed Pouch". The Multihead Weigher Pouch Packaging Machine is suitable for all kinds of snack Foods, dry fruit etc. This machine can be synchronized with any multi food weighing system and can pack the products in centre sealed pouches. It uses a single roll of Packing film The Machine is fitted with Collar Type Former Pipe unit that; convert flat packing film into vertically sealed tube; which is ultimately converted in to filled & sealed pouches. Horizontal Sealers act like opening & closing jaws to carry out horizontal sealing AP-400P Multihead weigher can make Central Sealed Pouches only. The machines requires supply of compressed air.
